On-site presentation guide

Instructions for on-site presenters of EAI ARTEP 2024:

1. Selected accepted papers needs to bring their Paper Presentation on a USB drive of your own (or one we can provide). We will display your presentation slides on the screen and provide you with a presentation remote to control the slides. You are recommended to use .pptx/ PDF file for the slides.
   Presetations Instructions:
   – 15 min presentation & 5 min for Q&A sessions
   Presentation structure should be:
   – Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusion.
   – Each slide of the presentation should contain EAI and conference logos.
2. Rest of the accepted papers will be asked to use a below Poster template for their paper presentation and bring the poster with them. Preffered Poster size is A1.
