All fees will be collected in EUR.

Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with the Registration. Please find the Camera-ready Submission Instructions here.

Important notes:
 Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
Student registration does not allow for camera-ready paper upload

On-site registration package:

• Participation in all technical sessions of the conference program;
• Inclusion of a paper in the conference proceedings (Authors only);
• All meals during the conference;
• A ticket to the official conference gala dinner;
• Conference accessories;
• All conference paper PDFs are downloadable from 4 days before the conference, until 14 days after;
• After publishing, 30 days of free digital access and a 40% discount on the hard copy of the proceedings.

Online registration package:

• Virtual participation only in Poster Session of the conference program;
• Inclusion of a paper in the conference proceedings (Authors only);
• Paper presentations made available online after the conference;
• All conference paper PDFs are downloadable from 4 days before the conference, until 14 days after;
• After publishing, 30 days of free digital access and a 40% discount on the hard copy of the proceedings.

Student registration package:

• Participation in all technical sessions of the conference program (Without the inclusion of a paper in the conference proceedings) – Onsite Students
  / Virtual participation only in Poster Session of the conference program- Online Students;
• Without inclusion of a paper in the conference proceedings;
• All meals during the conference (Only if onsite package);
• An opportunity to purchase a ticket to the official conference gala dinner;
• Conference accessories;
• All conference paper PDFs downloadable from 4 days before the conference, until 14 days after;
• (For students who are authors/co-authors of papers in this conference) After publishing, 30 days free digital access and 40% discount on hard copy of proceedings.
